The Importance of Consistent Marketing
I am thrilled to now be able to regularly communicate with you through my blog. One of the things I want to share with you on a regular basis are distinctions I share with my one on one coaching clients. You can be a fly on the wall and apply the ideas into your business.
I recently had breakfast with one of my realtor clients. She shared with me that her cash flow was great a few months ago. Because her cash flow was great she slowed down her marketing. Her financial situation has shifted and she now has urgency to create more business. I told her that we have a financial thermometer. If your financial thermometer is making $5,000 per month and you are making that amount or more your motivation usually goes down.
If your are making under $5,000, say $3,000 the motivational jets kick in and you start taking more action. The key with your marketing is to be consistent regardless of your income.
My advice to her was to create a marketing plan and follow the plan regardless of her cash position.
Do you have a marketing plan?
Do you take more marketing action when your sales are down or are you consistent with your marketing?
