A: When you signed up for the program, you were sent an email message with the conference call number. If you registered at an event, you would have received a printed receipt with the conference call phone number and code.
If you cannot locate the materials, then complete a Customer Service Request online.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: The return policy varies based on the product. The return policy is located on the order form. The return policy for CD and DVD products is 30 days. For Silver and Gold Protege, the return policy is 30 days. For Platinum Protege, you can request a refund after you complete the 2nd full day of training.
